How we handle your data and account safety

Your account security is built on real encryption, not promises. Passwords are hashed server-side; payment details never touch our display systems.

Password Security

Your password is hashed and salted before storage. We never read it after signup. If you forget it, use the recovery email we verified during account creation to reset.

Payment Data Isolation

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transaction data stays with those providers. We store only confirmation IDs and amounts, not card or wallet credentials. Withdrawal amounts are matched against deposit history.
